I find the app generally fine to use, but I couldn't remember my password and neither the button nor the link worked to reset, I also tried sending an email but no answer as yet other than useless AI suggested solutions. I also seem to have problems paying. It wouldn't use my saved card, it didn't work when I tried to rescan my card and PayPal didn't work either. In the end I had to manually type my credit card details and for some reason it then accepted it. What a nightmare.

Wish list never works properly. Regularly just disappears so all the time adding stuff is wasted. Sometimes its all gone even seconds after adding it. Or I can see what is in the wish list, but it's frozen so I can't select anything in there. Also VERY slow.

Good and easy to use, great range and good options. When it gets to payment the app freezes and cancels it. Must have tried to put my card details in around 4 times before it worked.
