So frustrating! All I want to do is pay for an item! Every time I try to input my direct debit details it crashes or goes back to the previous screen and every time I try to use PayPal I get a spinning circle and then it crashes! Someone needs to sort this issue out, you're losing money here!

I've just spent almost 2 hours trying to order! I had to delete & re download the app 3 times. Change my password twice and convince the app I was indeed using the right email address! Not happy with the app at all. However, its just a virtual reality so, whatever.🙄

My experience with the New Look app has always been smooth. I love shopping using this app! The interface is user friendly, easy to follow and this app has made my shopping experience much more pleasurable.
