Ratings and reviews

The app is convenient and makes it mostly easy to find coupons and put in an order either for pick up or delivery when I don't feel like going to the store which I really appreciate. I have only had issues with it logging me out and occasionally being buggy when I try to add something to my favorites which does get frustrating sometimes. Overall it is a good option when you want to check out what is available but don't feel like perusing the store in person.

This app crashes constantly. Especially during sales which makes it seem like the company is doing it purposely to keep you from taking advantage of the sales. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, going in through the website instead of the app and none of it works. I either get a blank screen or it freezes on the home screen. It just sucks.

The app is not very well designed, at least on my phone. It is missing a lot of buttons, has an overlay blocking the Add to Cart button, doesn't display pictures in the reviews, and has lots of other issues that make it difficult to use. These problems have persisted through versions and reinstalls, too.
