Horrible! Booked a hotel reservation and then saw that the price I paid through TravelPerk was significantly more than booking with hotel itself. I requested a cancellation with TravelPerk and they cancelled my reservation, but haven't refunded my credit card. They do not offer 24/7 help, just a messaging service. TravelPerk is a European company and are on ECT time. I would love to cancel another reservation that I have with them, but I fear that I won't get refunded. Definitely don't use them!

we use the platform for business travel at work. it's super convenient and very user friendly.

Pathetic app. Most of the features do not work.

Your travel options just expanded! You can now book ÖBB trains within Austria from the app and take advantage of discount cards and corporate fares. For added convenience, generating and downloading the tickets is done directly from the app.
