Wished to set up an account. The app said my phone number was already in use, which already seems really odd. I tried a newly bought SIM card and that made it through, and the email verification went flawlessly, but then the MitID check also failed! My MitID works just fine on four other websites, just checked. I tried the in-app help chat, and after navigating the really REALLY unfriendly chatbot that's doing its best to NOT pass my issue on to anyone useful, it just sent them an email...

So I have used this app before a long time ago and it didn't work at that time. It just wouldn't let me use the app correctly and it kept changing my password. So yeah, back then it sucked. But now I thought that maybe they've fixed it, but no. Still can't use it to make payments. 0/10 please make the app work.
