I am returning this to Costco. Could not connect to my WiFi. Had help with internet provider, cell phone provider, and also Koda tech support after many days of calling for help before call was returned. Terrible experience and Costco should not even carry this product. So very disappointed after being so excited to try this camera sysrmtem. Spent many hours trying to get this set up.

I tried pairing 2 cameras with my galaxy s9 and couldn't get them to pair so i decided to try with an ipad and it worked, then gave it a try one more time with my phone and finally i was able to pair both cameras with my phone. The quality of the camera/floodlight is great.

Does not matter how many times I tries to install, still doesn't work on my Samsung Note 8 or Note5 and even Apple tablet. Need to un-Installed and return the product. Followed exactly as instructed, not going work. I had 3 other people tried with their phone, still POC.
