Get uninstalled app list after this app is installed not before that or after uninstalling this app.
Delete uninstalled app list from the database and re install app by redirecting to google play store.

You need internet or wifi for checking app update and app if live on google or not.
'App Uninstall List and Recovery' app records app details of uninstalled apps in database(stored in app internal storage) which we do not have any access.

Permissions Used :
QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES - for getting all system apps list, installed apps list and available app update list for Android 11 or later.
REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES - for uninstalling the any app from app list.
GET_PACKAGE_SIZE - for getting any app size in the app list.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE - for foreground service running to check if any app is installed, updated or uninstalled.
