I installed this app as it was required by SNCF connect to buy online metro tickets, hopping to avoid the long que in a time of need. To my surprise it worked for the first ticket I bought. However later in the same day it did not work for the second ticket I bought for the return journey. Even worst, the second ticket seems to have disappeared. I would not recommend this app. It's not reliable nor trustworthy. Especially with expensive passes...

Absolute disaster of an application. I did not even delete any data / cache, yet simply by disabling notifications, I lost my tickets... People claim that it's still stored on the phone, but even when enabling NFC, the terminal indicates a cross (that's it's not valid ❌) It's much better to buy a physical pass / ticket rather than using the app...

Never worked, tried on five different phones with different brands and Android versions, it starts once then only crashes all the time, as always this compagnies applications are a joke EDIT: finally works sort of, but impossible to transfer annual pass from physical card to phone so again basically useless.
