The bookings should be immediately available It seems absurd that once logged in, you can't access your bookings without the booking reference. The whole point of having an app is to avoid having to go find the info on your emails... Please, change that on the next version. It should be the top priority
Even worse than before With latest version not only you still have to retrieve manually your booking but now you also have to enter phone and email address each time. What a waste of time.
Blackmail Only installing this app because that's the only option to download tickets on mobile.
Clumsy app Should just show you your bookings after you login but no, you have to provide booking ref! Wouldn't accept my ref at first, seemingly because I entered the passenger name in upper case. I would expect more quality from Eurostar.
Useless if you can't login Despite using my account recently to book tickets online the app wants me to reset my eurostar password before it will let me log in. As it won't let me reset to the same password and I don't want to change my password I can't use the app. I guess it's back to old fashioned but reliable printed tickets for me.
Don't bother installing for movies Eurostar tells you to install the app to show some of the movies. The app works very well for the movies that also work from a web browser, but always shows "check your wifi connection" when trying to show a movie for which the app is supposedly mandatory.
