Useless Useless and bad done
Bookings and check-ins via the app have been hassle free and very practical.
Entertainment in short bursts So far spent more of the journey with 'This video cannot be played' error and then waiting for it to restart.. If Netflix can work across the vagaries of the internet, surely Eurostar should be able to work within the confines of a train. Hoping for better in the next release.
No mobile check- in available... ..."because there's more than one person travelling on your booking". I am correct in thinking this is 2016 and that all other major carriers allow mobile check-in via their apps regardless of the number of people on the booking, right? Utter shite.
Limited at best "Some bookings might not be available on mobile if you booked them using a Eurostar partner or if they include a travel connection"
Does the job.... I was able to successfully make a booking, board the train with my mobile ticket and also check my seat number
