App assigned two seats to me and none for my wife. No way to correct tickets. Even though I was sent a booking number - I cannot make corrections. App says don't worry, just show up? With Customs, Immigrations, Security, etc - Just show up with tickets in the wrong name - in a country not your own? What could possibly go wrong with that?

It updated and now I can't view my booking. There is no live chat feature with a real person. It's really hard to get a response for any issues. I thought I could really on the app too cute my booking so I deleted my confirmation email, but now I know it's not a reliable source and an having trickle retrieving my reservation.

This app has not improved at all over the years. By now, I would have expected functionality and reliability at least to the level of some major airline. But no, it cannot be trusted to keep my details to hand when traveling, and moreover, without any quick logon option, it is no better than a web browser or even printed tickets.
