App assigned two seats to me and none for my wife. No way to correct tickets. Even though I was sent a booking number - I cannot make corrections. App says don't worry, just show up? With Customs, Immigrations, Security, etc - Just show up with tickets in the wrong name - in a country not your own? What could possibly go wrong with that?

Great app for keeping all your bookings in one place. One suggestion on the API form. there is an option to load previously filled in information. This is super useful because it speeds up the process drastically. However you can only do it for one person . if you have more people on your booking, even if you travel with them frequently, you still have to fill in all their info again and again

Ok for simple journeys but utterly useless for anything complicated. We want to go to Paris and then travel around and buy a return from Geneva. Simple? No! 12 digit password but no connection to a password manager - seriously? Every time I use the app or website I have to create a new password! Add multiple journeys to the basket? Nope. So you have to fill in all your details (except Eurostar membership number) each time. And when you come to pay it hasn't remembered your card details.
