I've tried different weather apps for the Richmond, VA area, and must say that I prefer the WTVR one best. We tend to get quite a bit of rain/storms in the Richmond area, and it's rather important to be updated of any changes or alerts. The only problem I have with the app, is sometimes the radar goes blank. It would also be great if barometric pressure is added. People with conditions affected by inflammation, especially migraines are affected by the slightest drop in barometric pressure.

It's been great for years, but now ads are popping up as you're trying to use it. Very annoying to constantly close pop-ups. May have to switch weather apps. What a shame. 😕 Update: nbc12's app seems to have removed their pop-ups, so I'm switching back to 12's weather app!

Radar is way off. Latest version puts red in areas it is not even raining and or even close. I have switched to "My Radar" for an accurate real time radar map.
