I am not receiving any notifications or alarms on my phone, even though the base station is sounding an alarm. Also, nothing is showing up in the app history. The only reason I purchased this product was for the phone notifications and alarms. If I don't see this working soon, I am returning both of the starter kits I bought.

The app is so incredibly unreliable and spotty that it makes the mailbox alarm that goes with it useless. I spent hours troubleshooting the connection between the app and base station and it would never send notifications consistently. I followed all steps EXACTLY and the app received a notification maybe 5 times out of 50 tries. Uninstalled the app and returning their product ASAP!

Seriously need to stop telling users to update the app. I am logging into the app to check the status of my system, not to be hit with an "update wall". This compromises the security. This is a big deal. 4 stars for now... (cause of the good hardware). Who even knows if the've added support for multiple devices via one account email.
