While booking a tatkal ticket, the app used to be very good, but recently from the last two weeks, while booking tatkal ticket, first I get the error message "Unable to process the request" next it gets logged out. We get the same thing again and again. It's very frustrating experience! as we would be having many dependent plans based on the ticket. Please fix the issue at the earliest.

The IRCTC app is the worst app I've ever used. It often doesn't load when trying to book Tatkal tickets, which is extremely frustrating. On top of that, the app logs off suddenly right when you're trying to book a ticket. When you try to log back in, it takes more than five minutes, and you don't even get the ticket because it shows as not available. Overall, the app doesn't work well when you need it most. It really needs a lot of improvement to be reliable and easy to use.

Very bad experience. Trying to book a ticket from last 3 days, but it keeps saying "user is disabled". Contacted customer service also but there is no response at all. It just a waste of time. Customer helpline service is also very bad. Without any reason they disabled my ID. I've sent multiple mails and also spoke to the representative, in the end all efforts have become useless.
