I have been ordering for the past five years and have never been disappointed. It is a fantastic app, as it isn't always possible to carry food with me; Thank You to the entire Team. ** Whenever you place an order, try for prepaid payment, as many people fail to accept COD orders at the last minute. You can also call the restaurant for extra confirmation—it is not mandatory, But I always do.🙂

Very Bad Experience — Not Recommended I placed an order on 26 April 2026. The app showed that the delivery time had already passed, but my train had not even arrived yet. There was no proper call option, no clear way to raise a complaint, and no useful customer support. my experience with this app was very bad. Please be careful before ordering. You may keep waiting for the food, but the food may not arrive, and your money may also get stuck. There is no proper option to return or get help.

Don't download this app. After ordering food, the order is not being received. The train is stopped at the station but the food does not arrive. Our refund is also not easily available, it takes 7-15 days. My advice would be that instead of doing this uselessly, it is better to use one of our apps. I am telling you all this from my personal experience.
