Ratings and reviews

The app is the biggest scam of IRCTC as there is no clear communication mechanism with the service provider. Kindly do not make any advance payment on this app. this is best used with Cash on delivery payment mechanism. I had ordered and made advance payment on this app and the app owner/ service provider/ aggregator can't acknowledge my complaint. After 5 days of complaint cooling period, the courteous staff has no clue on my complaint. When requested for escalation matrix, it was not available

Do not trust the restaurant ratings in this app. I'm surprised to see how the highest ratings are given for almost all the restaurants in this app. I ordered food from Abhiruchi at Vijayawada for lunch, the delivery person asked me to show the app for confirmation after delivering the food and when I showed him the app, he clicked on my phone and gave a 5 Star rating without my consent in a fraction of the second and left. This is absolute cheating and there is no edit option to change it.

Pathetic app.. have tried to order food so many times and the majority of the order has never been completed. The amount also gets deducted every time and if we want to claim it back then there is no way you can do it. Because they don't have any functioning mechanisms regarding tackling such matters. Which is why I will never suggest anybody to download this app.
