About this app

Use the Concordia HealthApp to quickly submit invoices, as a digital patient file in which you can securely store important health data in encrypted form and thus have access at any time, and as direct access for telemedical treatment by online doctors from our cooperation partner TeleClinic GmbH.

Patient record
Here you can save important information for yourself (and also your family members) directly in the app or in the cloud.
Your advantages:
- Access to health data anytime, anywhere
- Reminder function for vaccinations and taking medication
- Simply photograph and save documents (vaccination certificate, doctor's letter, medication intake plan, etc.) or upload them as PDF files.

bills
You can use this to submit invoices, prescriptions and treatment and cost plans from doctors, dentists and alternative practitioners as well as prescriptions with a receipt from the pharmacy quickly, easily and without red tape.

- The successful submission of your documents is immediately displayed in the app
- You can see the processing status in the app
- Tip: Set in the app that documents for submission are only transferred when you are in the WLAN - this saves your data volume.

Online doctor
Your access to telemedical treatments by online doctors - seven days a week, around the clock.

- Direct access to the offer of the cooperation partner TeleClinic GmbH.
- Reimbursement of costs for insured persons according to the AV, BV or AZ Kompakt tariffs.

Registration (login):
Registering for the Concordia Health App is very easy: you register the first time you use it and choose a valid e-mail address and password as your user name. When using the app for the first time, enter your Concordia health insurance contract number once in the app.

Cloud function:
If you save your invoices and data in the cloud, your receipts, invoices and data are still available on other devices or when you change devices.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to secure the key for the cloud. We neither have access to the encrypted data stored in your cloud nor to the key, and we cannot restore a lost key. If you lose your device and the key, you will no longer be able to access the data in the cloud.

Security and data protection:
In addition to speed, safety is an absolute must for the Concordia. Your username and password are encrypted and saved in the app so that only you have access to your data. Documents for billing are encrypted and transmitted to Concordia Health Insurance using the Concordia Health App. All information that you store in the patient file can only be viewed by yourself - Concordia never has access to it.
