My family and I primarily use this app for the MOVE program. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the Dick's app or Fitbit's, but for about the past month, two of us have been unable to connect our Fitbit/ Google accounts to this app. When I allow access to my Fitbit profile, I can see the Dick's app attempting to load, then crash within half a second. I've updated, reinstalled, and reset everything I can, but to no avail. This issue doesn't occur when connecting my Garmin account.

Have loved this app for the MOVE and adding to points for my SCORECARD. My points are still being added, as I just got a $10 off reward. However, I have tried multiple times to access my account but continue to get the message about email or password being incorrect. I have changed password, reinstalled and restarted phone and nothing works. I am very frustrated. I want my points to continue adding up. However, I don't really want the app to take up space on my phone if I cannot access it.

Worst app I have ever had. It takes forever for any page to load. I'll even go to the website to try and order instead but it always takes me back to the app, only it never logs me in after repeated tries so I can never use my points. I give it a generous 2 stars because I do like the points being automatically added. And, IF it does work, it's fine. Honestly, their website isn't much better. Which is so disappointing because I shop here all the time.
