Policy over people!They have a 30 minute policy on all orders. You can not cancel or change anything about the order after 30 minutes. Entered wrong apartment number and was not able to change even though I reached out within 24 hours. Representatives were rude and condescending. Profits and policies to keep the profits is the core of the retailer. I was not even able to cancel the order and then reorder it with the correct apartment number. Worst customer experience. Will not use this app agai

love that it's easy to use. it's great for scanning items in-store and finding out not only the price, but also if I can order it if the store doesn't have my size or a different color. Also, you can pay your bill online and not have to wait for the physical bill to come in the mail. Lots of great things about the app!

I tried to cancel an order pretty much immediately after i ordered it. I email the seller and called customer service. they said they email the seller. Later that evening I called to get an update, there was no record of the conversation. that representative didn't cancel the order, the third representative canceled and sent an email. Now it's to 10 business days for refund. THEY HELD OFF MY PAYMENT SO THAT THE REFUND PROCESS COULD TAKE LONGER. Why did they ignore the poor service I got.
