worst search engine ever. gives you EXACTLY what you are not searching for, even after customizing the search options. when there is three options for Metals, plated with gold, white gold, yellow gold, it will always show you plated silver, and it is DIRECTLY in the items name. Macy's app has never worked properly for me, and I've had it for years.

I don't shop in Macy's too often because the store has not changed for the better in recent years. Made an online order for 2 items, a jacket and some pj's. I put my home address to deliver but 1 item has to be picked up. I didn't choose this and have to spend carfare to get across town. Called CS within 15 minutes and said I can cancel. When I accepted this she suddenly says she has a problem on her end. I call BS on that. Will not be ordering there for a long time. Disgusted!🤨
