The interface of your app is very poor. I can't connect with customers even when live orders are active, and if there are issues with the menu, customer care support isn't available on time. Additionally, the app automatically logs out during operational hours, and when I try to log back in, it says the OTP and password are incorrect. I contacted customer care three times, but nothing was done on a priority basis. My issues remain unresolved, and I've lost four orders because of this. It’s been

Not Able to Start my Business on Swiggy, Not have a user-friendly App. There is no option to address manually. Getting Auto Address from Google Map, but it was wrong. Bad Experience is not able to connect customer care or support team.

Very Very poor & disgusting service.Not crediting the actual amount shown in the payment section (cheating). The call center fee, distance charges and other charges are ridiculous and the contract commission is 24% but the overall commission is almost 37% gone from the payout.Swiggy loots money from restaurants and customers. POC response is very very bad and you are looting various money from restaurant day by day in the name of advertisements. In Tamil we say-திருடர்கள். Super keep it up..!
