I like your service mainly because your delivery fees are often free or less than other services.
Doesn't allow sort or filtering by distance. Default list on opening app consists of places miles away that would never deliver to my address. Also won't open restaurants that come up in search results.
Glitchy app and poor customer support. Better off with door dash.
Just an awful app... No record of current orders so I just ordered twice; errors all over the payment process; no way to find nearby restaurants.
Horrendous customer service. After a recent move we used this service 15 times in about a month and thought all was good. However the first time we had a problem it was impossible to get in touch with them to resolve the issue. At this point I have emailed 4 times with nothing more than a meaningless automated response. All over a time sensitive issue (at least for companies that care about their customers).
Horrible app that never lets me immediately choose a restaurant once the delivery or pickup is confirmed. Try to exit out, try to use the back button, but nothing ever works. Hope it gets fixed because it's a great service. I have a feeling it works better for iPhone!
