ProxyDoc is a telemedicine platform that offers healthcare services to the population through new information and communication technologies (mobile applications) at a low cost.
Through our ProxyDoc application, the population will be able to benefit from online consultations with general practitioners and specialists (via messaging, voice calls, or video calls on our platform), as well as access to a family doctor for home medical consultations, purchase medications online and have them delivered to their homes, and obtain emergency medical assistance by ambulance.
Limited access to quality healthcare in real time is observed in several African countries and even around the world. This problem is even more pronounced in the DRC and even worse in rural areas.
To address this problem, new information and communication technologies, which continue to grow, with a growing internet penetration rate in the DRC, offer an opportunity to improve access to quality healthcare for the population. It is in this context that ProxyDoc, a telemedicine platform, offers its application as an ideal solution to this problem with its diverse range of services, including:
ProxyChat: a service that allows the population to benefit from online medical consultations with general practitioners and specialists certified by the Congolese Medical Association. If necessary, patients receiving online care can be referred to a physical hospital for further treatment. Medical consultations will be conducted via messaging, voice calls, or video calls on our platform.
ProxyChem: a service that allows the population to purchase medications online and have them delivered wherever they are. To comply with medical standards for the sale of medications, some medications will require a prescription and others do not. Deliveries will be made by motorcyclists to minimize the difficulties associated with traffic jams in urban areas. ProxyFamily: A service that provides in-home medical consultations with a family doctor based on predefined schedules.
ProxyGency: A service that provides emergency medical assistance by ambulance.
The ProxyDoc platform complies with telemedicine standards while respecting medical confidentiality, as exchanges between doctors and patients are end-to-end encrypted. ProxyDoc also offers patients the benefit of having an electronic medical record that travels with them anywhere in the world.
With a focus on quality, ProxyDoc offers its services at unbeatable prices while placing the patient at the center of its interventions to meet quality assurance standards.
