The hearing aids are great. The app sucks. Everytime you open app it says have to reconnect, and then it says that no devices are found, even though the hearing aids are clearly working. Paperwork says there is a band adjustment and a hearing test available on the app, however cannot find it anywhere. When you go to the app to adjust volume or the settings from outdoor, restaurant, etc, you should not have to reconnect and go to trouble of trying to get the app to find the devices.

A good concept but the developers of the app have to update the version. 1. The battery level is not shown in percentage. 2. When we are charging the earphones the app does not say that they are being charged. 3. Whenever we charge for 4 hours the app wants it to be reconnected. The app is appearing to be not useful.

This app is a good idea. As technology advances, being able to have smart devices and blue tooth remote capabilities is important and convenient. Having to replace your hearing aid batteries is a pain. I'm so glad that I can use this app to test things.
