The app doesn't even open, you have to uninstall it and install it again many times and IF you are lucky it will open. It doesn't even get updated very often like 1 time in 5 months. Its buggy and very slow during loading. Fix it or remove it if you can't afford a proper application management team Primetel

The old app was better for me. You could see the call history and more info about your account. Now you can only see the plan in general and the amount you spent. In my app i don't have the plan option like the screenshot (to change plan for example). Also it doesn't say when your contract is ending.

This app is seriously flawed and dated. As soon as I open the app, there's an intro screen? Such intros don't introduce anything than just consume energy and time for the user that downloaded your app. We already know its Primetel, we downloaded your app, no need for introductions and pointless logo animations. After that is done, I can't do absolutely anything because the page is buffering indefinitely. Fix your UX, and seriously redo the whole thing otherwise you wasted your money on nothing.
