Reply to questions posted in reply earlier review: I can't scroll down to see the "Start" button to begin authorization with MitID chip. I'm not using a Zoom feature. The area which the MitID chip feature requires is larger than the displayed area in the app, so the bottom half of the authorization form is hidden. We're getting close to the deadline for login. My email to customer support is being bounced around endlessly. This is very frustrating and worrying at the same time.

Hello Mikkel, I'm sorry to hear you are still experiencing trouble with our app. Have you tried to call our Costumer Service? Please do that so they can eventually make a report. Best Regards //Eurocard

Why this app exists is beyond me. You can barely see how much you owe. Total balance is in the smallest digits on page two when you scroll to the right. There's no way to get a KID number to pay the total balance. Waste of time.
