The latest update made something simple way more complicated than it needs to be. Viewing my card PIN used to be straightforward, but now I’m redirected to a browser and forced to sign a document just to access it. Why not use a standard mobile BankID authentication instead? That would be faster, equally secure and far more user-friendly. This change feels unnecessary and frustrating. Please simplify this process.

Recently turned useless, no access. The past 6-8 weeks, I have only gotten the error message "Sorry, we couldn't log you in." 'Force stop' on both this app and bankid, as another user did, did not solve the issue, neither did uninstalling and reinstalling. The app was up to date to begin with as well.

App broken as it demands to fill in personal data due to some terrorist act. Problem is, no matter how many time you enter and confirm data, the app just confirms it received data, and refuses to let you "past" the "update data". If not fixed ASAP, I'll have to get a credit card from a different vendor
