The app is generally useful, I appreciate regular updates and improvements. That's why I decided to upgrade it. What I don't like is that when you purchase an upgrade you get only one freature. This is quite unfair because on the app webpage, there are only two versions advertised - "free" and "plus". I would expect that if I buy a more expensive feature, I'll get the cheaper ones included. But this is not the case and it's misleading. Either make it clearer or change the way of charging.

Thanks. Sorry for misleading webpage. There used to be two applications (free and paid). Only recently I decided to implement features from paid version to free application as in-app-purchase so there is only one version of the application now. Features are independent of each other. Webpage needs to be updated to reflect that.

You're looking at a flower in a garden, somewhere. It could be from just about anywhere... but you have little chance of identifying it, because you have to pick a region. This app needs a reverse lookup, so that when you eventually learn the name of the flower from another human, you can learn what answers you should have entered into the app to get the right flower.

Thanks. Anytime you can tap on "number" to see list of matching flowers (you don't need to select all filters). Searching by name or taxonomy as well as filter customization is available as in app purchase feature.

I purchased the photo recognition upgrade. Unfortunately it wasn't very useful in identifying flowers. had it not been an in-app purchase I would have returned it for a refund. The upgrade was not worth the cost. The disclosure that the upgrade is experimental was not forthcoming prior to the purchase.

Thanks. Photo recognition should be better over time, certainly it is much better that couple months ago. Please send me information about the purchase to support@whatsthatflower.com, I will refund it.
