First time user here, I was watching my first movie 'john wick' and every once in a while, the screen would turn green for a second or two. The film crashed two times under 15 minutes and restarted from the beginning. These bugs do annoy a bit but I look forward to more and more improvements. Always late on uploading links to live football matches!! It's irritating. Although you have paid money for subscription, you have to search for other ways if you want to watch the match from the very start. This happens mostly with the football matches from SonyLiv! The bright side is that it brings accessibility to a large array of content through their platform. But there is a dire need to regularly improve the app and the user experience.

UPDATE: My issue has been resolved by the support team. WELL DONE!! Please ensure to fix this in app for smooth transaction to avoid these follow-up going forward. Thank you very much for the support. Subscription is not working. Customer care direct number not available. Recently, chat entry is disabled with generic options that's not useful. I have been waiting for my complaint for almost many months now.
