After paying our subscription, we can't connect to the internet anymore. Even our internet connection is strong and fast. I think this is a scam.

For the premium price of this app, I think it's too much for its buggy UI. Also, when casting it on TV, there are times it won't connect, and when you want to change channels, there are times you need to reconnect to casting because it won't change to other channels. Some channels video quality is low, and the app is not available on the Chromecast TV App, which is a shame.
