completely worthless. does absolutely nothing. and when you try to use messaging to ask for help it won't submit no matter how many times you hit submit button. great headphones except they won't charge and app is completely useless and unnecessary

App is Worthless. There's no point in even having an EQ Equalizer if it never works. It'll just hit you with a General Error message because the lazy developers couldn't be bothered to add a save system.. It's a shame because the headphones themselves aren't too bad.

Used to work fine, then it updated. Just like everyone the app is useless. Says my device already exists then when I try to adjust EQ it says 0 devices. No point in the app/ headphones when you cant access the features
