I have both 1 & 2, mobile and PC. As far as I'm concerned, they're the best TD games that exist. Unlike many TD games, mobile especially, you do actually have free will as to how you beat the levels. The levels aren't stagnant straight lines for solid DPS, and have replay value. As new traps get unlocked and upgraded, new gameplay possibilities become available. I love that. As a segway, this sequel has a lot of new content, and QOL improvements.

Better than the first one (which is really saying something), better graphics, trap design, level design, difficulty ramps, new mechanics, etc. *STILL* no micro transactions. DW2 is really worth your money and will provide a lot of time spent figuring out the right trap placements as you move through the levels. Additionally, they added support for the s-pen. I emailed about it, and I don't know if that's why they added it, but it just makes this type of game more fun for me. Buy it already!

Nice variety of levels/mechanics worth a play through for sure. Sadly it lacks replay value though as the endless mode simply uses exponential scaling to throw trillion+ HP mobs at you which means any level invariably turns into the same game of stalling near invincible enemies and using a limited number of traps that can insta-kill or do percent damage. No strategy there did it once and got enough upgrade points to beat every regular level with a single tower and don't see the point in continue
