I've literally been trying to get this resolved for more than a year at this point I have all of my previous emails where I sent you the required screenshots and receipt for when I originally got your unlimited pro membership for $9.99 back in 2024 and then something happened and all of a sudden I didn't have access to any of my pro stuff that you were trying to make me pay again. so I just sent another email to you with the stuff you were asking for. let's see if you actually fix it this year

While the course content could definitely be more robust, and should probably be updated with much more detail, the customer service has been great. My app was out of sync with the website, which was resolved by reinstalling, and my premium status glitched, which they happily resolved. My only complaint is that the courses are in need of going over with a mindset of detail and intention to be viably usable as a "go to" resource for those learning and in the market 7/10

The lesson modules contain poor grammar, which can lead to confusion. Additionally, the tests at the end of the courses contain questions on information not covered previously in the course. That might be okay if the question is about something the student should be able to extrapolate from what they previously learned, but when the question is on a topic not even brushed on in the course, that can create problems.
