Fácil de usar, si tienes dudas siempre hay personal que te coge el teléfono y te resuelve. Muy interesante la academia de formación. llevo desde el 2022 y sin problema

Han modificado las notificaciones y ahora no muestra información de la reserva en estas, tienes que abrir la aplicación, que tarda MUCHÍSIMO en cargar. En paralelo han eliminado la opción de ver reportes en la app. la actualización ha sido infinitamente a peor

El tema del check in de los huéspedes falla como una escopeta de feria. El servicio atención es nefasto. De resto está bastante bien.
