Ratings and reviews

Since the latest updates, I have stopped receiving notifications to publish content, so my schedule has been completely messed up. The app is pretty terrible in general, but it reliably sent the publishing reminders - if it doesn't do this, then it's completely garbage. I need these notifications back!

desktop- amazing. on android not so much. notifications arrive fine but the moment you go to click one to open the app it freezes your phone, and after an unspecified amount of time will just close down so you have to log in and start again. I cannot use it for the reason and as an agency user managing 2 clients with 5 different social media accounts it is absolutely the BANE OF MY LIFE. We pay a decent amount of money to sprout but this really lets the service down as I cant check in on the go.

I was looking for an easy way to manage our company social media accounts. I trialled every single app that I could find a free trial for, and Sprout Social has consistently come out on top in comparison. It can be pricier than other options, but you definitely get what you pay for 👌 Customer service is also very polite and swift at answering questions, resolving any issues and giving advice when required. 10/10
