The Red Rocks experience starts here. Hi guys, I bought a ticket for Red Rocks Amphitheater in the website. It's mandatory use AXS app to get the tickets and the app say something like: "In a few hours you can see the ticket". But now are 72 hours after and the message is the same. --- That is frustrating, even you feel and think: "Was it right to buy? Maybe, was I robbed?". Well, the app experience is not good. ---- I had to write them for solution, just take 5 minutes less and that's it. But for that is the app! right? --- Thanks for solved my problem. --- USERS: it will happens to you too! :D --- I'm in peace now. The Red Rocks app shutdown always when I try to get tickets. It's not good too.
