On 11/27 I tried to place an order thru the Android App 3 times, when I clicked the "Place Order" button, the App crashed or sent me back to confirm the phone #, the orders didn't show in the App and didn't get any email My husband tried thru the website using the same phone # and it went thru Then we saw the chargers in the credit card, the Mgr told us he couldn't cancel the orders in order to get a refund FYI, I submitted the feedback form in the website and again no even a confirmation email
