One of the worst agency I ever worked for, they promess you to pay you at least 4 hours for the shift if is canceled but it's not true they steal your money, if you cancel a shift 24 hrs before you have a penalty to pay but if they cancel your shift don't pay you nothing and leave you with no job for that day. If you call to the office for any issues nobody answers the phone, they offer waiters shift and when you go to the place they want you to do kitchen porter duties or making wraps etc etc

Easiest for temp jobs due to this app, could have some more info however and not ask for the location 10 times each time you run it.

I went to the initial meeting but I arrived with a short delay, the man who was in charge has treated me very badly, I do not think I will use this application again, as far as the company should pay more attention to how they treat people
