Bought the app for just one job, and it failed. OK, I can live without some game saves, but as I contacted customer service, after logcat exchange everything went silent, no info on how to fix the problem and no refund has been given after several requests. Even my support ticket was deleted without notice and a new one was automatically opened as I asked for a status update or a refund for the last time. On top of that, I gave it another shot now as I factory reset, because why not. Surprise, one failed.
