if something less than one star existed i would chose it . very bad service, i need to stop my membership (which caused me problems for getting visa) we called, i sent so many emails, always asking for my info and policy number, i sent those info hundreds of times, i wrote a hand written letter, i sent pictures of my Id my insurance card, always receiving the same time, or we recieved your demand or please provide us with you policy number, so bad so low, if they outsourced the service to another country it would be better more polite and they will have a minimum of education and understand english. bad 1st review *Very bad service, I called them, wrot them emails, sent them a written letter, fo stop my account, I left the country and I'm still receiving pending payments and get harassed by letters from my bank, it 5 months now and they still didn't stop my account. Bad service.
