* NOTIFICATIONS Stay on top of your tracking with a daily reminder to check in.
* MY CHECKS Track indicators of your health and wellbeing (like body temperature, blood pressure, weight, daily steps). Validated mental wellness questionnaires will alert you to seek professional advice and support if required.
* CONNECT WITH GOOGLE FIT APP to seamlessly connect with Fit App, Touch ID and Face ID.
