The reason we don’t give our minds a rest is because we don’t understand the symptoms of an overworked mind just as much as we understand the symptoms of an overworked arm or a leg.

You can choose how frequently you would like to hear the reminder sound. We suggest you choose sound to play more frequently earlier in the session & less frequently later.
