SeaProof is an offline sea service record for mariners. It keeps your days
underway, by vessel, so you can still evidence them years later.

A licence is earned in days. Those days have to be shown by vessel, tonnage,
waters and capacity long after the voyage, and mariners lose real time because
the paper log got wet, the company folded, or nobody wrote it down.

ONE TAP A DAY
Underway today logs the day against your current vessel, with waters and
capacity carried over from your last entry. Two taps to change either. It is
built to work at 0500 with wet hands.

A calendar strip shows the last twelve weeks at a glance, so a stretch with
nothing recorded is visible now rather than discovered years later.

YOUR VESSELS, ENTERED ONCE
Record each vessel once: name, official or registration number, gross tonnage,
length, propulsion, home port. Every day references the vessel, so tonnage is
never retyped and cannot disagree between two entries for the same ship.

Tonnage is recorded with its basis, GRT or GT ITC, because those are two
different figures for the same vessel and a number with no basis is worth
little on a service record.

WHAT COUNTS AS A DAY
SeaProof counts a calendar day once, however many vessels you worked that day.
Where your per vessel rows add up to more than your total, the app says so and
explains why, on screen and on the summary.

A SUMMARY YOU CAN HAND OVER
Produce a Sea Service Summary PDF: a vessel by vessel table with dates, waters,
body of water, capacity and hours, totals per vessel and per waters category,
and a countersignature block for a master, owner or operator to complete.

Creating and sharing the summary is available at every tier and always will be.
It is your record.

DAY TARGETS, YOUR FIGURES
Enter the number of days you were told you need and SeaProof counts your
recorded days against it, filtered by waters and by a start date if your
requirement has one.

SeaProof holds no requirement tables. Requirements differ by administration,
they change, and a wrong number would send someone to an exam they are not
eligible for. You enter the figure, the app counts, and it never tells you that
you qualify for anything.

VOYAGES AND REMINDERS
Open a voyage when you sail and an optional daily prompt asks you to record the
day while you remember it. The prompt runs only while a voyage is open, so you
are not nagged on shore leave. Credential expiry reminders arrive 90 and 30
days before the date you entered.

BACKUP THAT MOVES DEVICES
Export one file holding every vessel, day, voyage, target and countersignature,
and restore it on another phone. Restoring merges into what is already there
and deletes nothing. Backup and restore are available at every tier.

WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL
Everything is stored on your phone. There is no account and no sign in, and the
app is fully usable at sea with no connection. Backups and summaries are files
you share yourself, wherever you choose.

WHO IT IS FOR
Charter skippers, deckhands, mates, engineers, tug and workboat crew, delivery
captains and yacht crew. Anyone building toward a licence or renewing one, who
needs their own record of the days they worked.

WHAT SEAPROOF IS NOT
It is a record-keeping tool. It reduces the risk of losing sea time that was
never written down. It is not an official document, it does not determine
eligibility for any licence or endorsement, and it does not replace the service
letters and forms your maritime administration requires. The summary is your
own record, offered for countersignature.

The app ships in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Hindi, Arabic,
Japanese, Korean and Chinese. The Sea Service Summary is produced in English,
the working language at sea.
