Über diese App
Better coaching, optimized by technology.
The a)plan process was designed by the coaching industry’s best and brightest, with behavioral psychology and neuroscience at the core of our approach. Supporting this approach is the a)plan app, a unique and proprietary communication platform designed to extend the one-on-one coaching experience.
Through the use of notifications and text chat, users receive real-time feedback and positive encouragement from their coaches, which deepens engagement and supports positive change. The app is also a central hub for tracking micro accomplishments and progress towards specific, predefined goals.
Users of the a)plan app enjoy the ability to capture and track:
General accomplishments
Gratitude
Progress towards goals
Areas of growth
Short terms goals
Longer term goals for the year and beyond
Significant progress starts on a)plan’s app-based coaching platform.
