In today's fast-paced world, learning is an essential part of any professional's life. Organizations understand the value of learning and development for their employees and invest heavily in various training programs to upskill and reskill their workforce. ESAF Small Finance Bank, the new-age social Bank headquartered in Thrissur which started its operations in 2017 has grown in leaps and bounds in branch network, volume of business and also in human resources. For this Bank is committed to provide continuous learning facility to its employees through its MOODLE-based Learning Management System, called ‘eShiksha’. This learning platform is used to leverage technology in the learning process of the Employees to supplement the class room learning programme provided regularly. Thus learning and development in ESAF Bank is a hybrid model which integrates face to face training along with virtual trainings as part of the main training programme and also as an independent mode of delivery
