ethy has created a sustainability accreditation system for brands which aligns with the United Nations Goals and has been developed with major sustainability leaders such as Carbon Neutral Britain, WWF and the University of Edinburgh.

Accreditation covers six paths focusing on building a sustainable future: Stable climate, Clean planet, Responsible resource use and production, Healthy people, Thriving communities and Protecting biodiversity & animal welfare. To gain accreditation in any of these areas, a brand must prove – through hard data and rigorous assessment – that it is taking meaningful, tangible action in that area.
