Stretch Move Timer is a free, offline stretching routine app that guides you through step-by-step pose cards with a dedicated countdown timer for each movement. There is no account creation, no subscription, and no internet connection required — everything runs entirely on your device.

The app provides a library of stretching poses, each presented as a visual card with form details and a configurable hold timer. You can build custom routines by selecting poses and setting individual durations to match your current flexibility level. A structured sequence view walks you through each movement in order, displaying the remaining hold time and automatically advancing to the next pose.

Included routine categories cover morning mobility, post-workout recovery, desk-break relief, and evening wind-down sessions, targeting common tension areas such as the neck, shoulders, lower back, hips, and hamstrings.

A progress calendar tracks your daily stretching sessions and streak history so you can monitor consistency over time. All data, including routines, preferences, and session records, is stored locally on the device and never leaves it. The app also supports a four-digit PIN lock for privacy at launch.
