MindScale is a private symptom journal (depression, anxiety, etc.) for keeping a record you can review, find trends and insights, and export for your doctor.

Record 0–10 ratings, sleep and wake times, notes, and major events. Browse your history in the Full Log, review charts in Insights, and prepare a summary to discuss with a healthcare professional. You can also keep your own safety plan.

Your records stay on your device. MindScale has no account, analytics, advertising, or app network connection, and Android automatic backup is disabled. You control JSON and CSV exports and choose where those unencrypted files are saved.

MindScale is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition, assess risk, or interpret your data. It is a measurement and journaling tool, not a replacement for medical care. For medical questions, contact a healthcare professional.

The Safety card includes user-written planning space and links to external crisis resources. A button you choose may pass information to another app. In an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services.
