Sansan's Mobile App (available here for users contracting with Sansan) lets you to access an array of valuable information at any time and from anywhere.
You check a contact’s job role, department, past correspondence, and more before meeting with them. And that’s just for starters. Using the app, you can also immediately record meeting details and share ideas and strategy among team and company members for cooperative work.
*Business card scanning with 99.9% digitization accuracy, shared companywide*
At the heart of the app is a business card scanning function. This employs a proprietary combination of optical character recognition (OCR) for multiple languages, using the enhanced powers of AI and confirmation by human operators. You can scan multiple cards at once, right after you get them, and immediately act on them in your company.
*Virtual Cards – real business cards, online*
Scan your own business card as the source of your Sansan Virtual Card, Customize it and and exchange it via QR code using the Mobile App. Or use a dedicated URL to exchange cards with anyone when you, or they, don’t have a physical card on-hand.
*Integrated phonebook for internal and external use*
Contact information on internal colleagues (whether across teams, offices, or multiple branches) can be managed along with customer contact information imported through business cards and other sources. Interactions with prospects and customers, and with internal colleagues, can be managed via the Mobile App and in harmony with the Web App.
*Show incoming caller information*
When an incoming call is received, the person and company name are shown on your phone based on the Sansan contact info. A high level of information security is also assured.

News on companies and people with which you've exchanged contacts is delivered twice a day in your feed. Keep track of recent changes and events, and use this information to take rapid action.
*Enter and share reports*
Use the app to enter reports on activity related to registered contacts. Reports recorded in Sansan can be viewed in the order they happened, so you can read up on contacts’ history before you meet with them.
