Samsung SDS EMM Remote Support enables IT Admin's remote troubleshoot when users encounter a problem.
It is a remote troubleshoot solution for the IT Admin and users of Samsung SDS EMM.
Samsung SDS EMM Remote Support provides:
- Doesn't require in-person analysis
- Supports Samsung Galaxy or other devices with Android 4.4 (Kitkat) or higher version. (the other devices only use screen share)
- IT Admin may record device screen as a video clip or screenshot for the reproduction purpose during the remote support
- Enables IT Admin to send the compressed files to the user and vice versa.
