Start a 25-minute focus timer with one tap and watch a sheet of paper fold itself into an origami animal while you study or work. Finish the session and the finished fold goes on your shelf. Twelve animals to collect, one session at a time.
The fold is the progress bar
• A ring of 25 paper segments fills as the minutes pass; inside it, the sheet creases, folds into its base, takes shape and completes.
• Twelve original paper animals: fox, crane, whale, rabbit, owl, turtle, elephant, frog, hedgehog, penguin, deer and butterfly. Hand-drawn in code, so every fold looks the same from the first minute to the last.
• One pull in ten lands on a rare washi paper: sakura, seigaiha waves, a night sky or gold foil.
A shelf, not a punishment
• Every completed session puts a finished animal on the shelf. Nothing dies, wilts or runs away.
• Stop early and the paper simply keeps its folds; your next session finishes it.
• A daily streak counts the days you folded something.
Keeps time with the screen off
• The countdown is tied to the clock, not to the app staying open. Lock the phone, switch apps or restart it: the session ends when it should.
• The session end rings as a notification, with an exact alarm, so the quiet 25 minutes do not quietly run over.
• A short break follows each session, and a longer one after four. Lengths are adjustable in Settings.
On your home screen
• The widget shows today's fold at its current stage, your streak and a live countdown.
Ads, kept out of the session
Nothing appears during a session, a break or the moment your animal is finished. A small banner sits at the bottom of the shelf screen. After a session you can choose to watch a short video to fold a bonus animal; it is optional and never required to play.
Sessions, the shelf and the streak are saved on your phone and need no account. The app does not ask for your location, contacts or photos.
A focus timer for studying, reading, writing and deep work, in the 25-and-5 rhythm many people know as the pomodoro method. Open it, start, fold.
