Hubtel POS is a free point-of-sale app that gives your business a unique opportunity to accept all forms of payment from mobile money wallets, bank cards and cash into one wallet!

With Hubtel POS, you don’t need any additional software, multiple bank accounts or SIM cards. You can manage and monitor your business, including all your sales employees from your smart phone, tablet or PC.

- Scan Barcodes with the Camera on Your POS Phone/Tablet
No barcode scanner? No problem, you can now scan item barcodes with the camera on your mobile device (tablet, iPhone or iPad).

- Multi Cart 

If your business serves many customers who constantly update their orders — at the same time — like restaurants, car washing bays, hotels, beauty shops, 
your sales employees can now open multiple tabs or carts; and checkout when the customers are ready to pay.

- Discounts 

Apply random discounts to any sale! Simply enter the discount amount to the customer’s cart before checkout.

- Contacts  

Save contact details of your customers directly onto your POS for easy access at checkout.

Detailed overview of sales completed in-store, online and on mobile by payment channel right from your POS.

- Selling an item
A sales employee can sell an item in two ways: Inventory Sale or Quick Sale.

- Inventory Sale
Quickly add products to the sale by typing in keywords or using barcode scanner. 


- Quick Sale
Want to sell items not available in your Inventory? Quick sale allows you to add the amount with a description and checkout easily.


- Payment Channels
Accept all payments into one wallet - Visa, GHLink Cards, MasterCard, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Tigo Cash, and Vodafone Cash

- Notes
Sales Employees can add notes to sales. This is a great way to give more information about the sale made.

- Receipts
Hubtel POS prints out a customized receipt for each sale with the business’s logo, contact details and items sold.

- End of Day Sales
Sales Employees can view a summarized report of a day’s sales which includes sales by channels, items and pickups.

- Saved Orders
A Sales Employee can save a cart as an Order for future payment.
