This app sets note text for the application Text List for Garmin smart watches. There is a bug and you have to press and wait a few times until the text appears on the watch.
Depending on the watch you may not need it, the application for the clock can be configured only with Garmin Connect IQ, but lower-end watches cannot save very long notes of this Manner, with this app you can store longer notes.
