I had to uninstall the app and re-install it 3 times before it barely worked. It is not user friendly and doesn't like to pair with any other app very easily. Their needs to be a way to save the information somewhere easily accessible. I need a more accessible and versatile menu. Currently I can pause but then can't get out of the program to go to a separate app. It took a few tries before i realized it that so I would stop the workout and then re-start it.

I have used this app with my Bluetooth Polar HR monitor every day for many years. It is stable, has no adds, does not require updates, it connects well with my HRM and just works. It's a solid app. It would be nice if I could add custom defined exercises, choose whether or not GPS is enabled, modify parameters after a workout is finished such as distance, and could easily export all of my data to a neutral format like csv or text file. It could be better, but it's very good as-is.

I can't trust it's readings. While sitting and not moving over a 10 min period. My readings would sit around 80 (not a fit person I admit). Then I would watch in jump to 130 or more and stay there then come back down. Rinse repeat. If it can't talk to the monitor properly nothing else the app tells you is true. My old F6 watch stays synced better then this app. Polar H7 talking to a S21 FE phone. With 4.6.22 update. Old update was just as erratic. In response: The chest strap is in very good shape and the battery is reading at 50%. Again, the watch tends to read it fine, but I would like to take advantage of the app. If there are things you want me to try. I am happy to do that. Would like this to work and be able to trust it.

Hi Bill, sorry about the issue. If you are using an H7 heart rate sensor with a chest strap, then please make sure that the chest strap is clean and washed well. If the strap has been used for a while, then be aware that the straps can be worn out while using them and maybe consider replacing the strap into a new one. https://support.polar.com/...
