Ember Tails is a side-scrolling platformer where you play Ember, a quick little fox with a big fluffy tail. Run, jump, glide and throw foxfire through ten handmade levels, from a sunny autumn forest to flooded ruins, dark caverns and windy sky towers, then face the Ashen Crow in the final battle.

HOW IT PLAYS
• Run and jump through each level and ring the shrine bell at the end. The higher you ring it, the bigger your bonus.
• Bounce on beetles, snails and diving crows, or kick snail shells into them.
• Grab glowing embers along the way. Every 100 embers earns an extra life.
• Light the lantern checkpoint halfway through so a slip does not send you back to the start.
• Beat a level with a power-up and you carry it into the next one.

POWER UPS
• Golden Acorn: grow into a full-size fox.
• Foxfire Blossom: throw bouncing foxfire at anything in your way.
• Maple Glider: build up speed, then take off and fly.
• Spirit Wisp: nothing can hurt you, for a little while.

TEN LEVELS TO EXPLORE
Maple Run, The Aquarium, Cinder Caverns, Sky Reaches, Bramble Hollow, Sunken Ruins, Ember Mines, Gale Spires and The Ash Woods, then the boss. Swim through underwater levels with fish and jellyfish, drop down hollow stumps into hidden dens, and find sky routes only a flying fox can reach.

THE DEN STORE
Every ember you collect is a coin you keep. Spend them in the Den Store on a spare fox, golden acorns, foxfire, gliders and spirit wisps. Supplies go in your satchel, so you can use one when you need it, and they pop out on their own to save you from a hit.

MADE FOR PHONES
The whole screen is the controller: the left side moves, the right side jumps, so you never have to hunt for a tiny button. Play in landscape. There are no ads and no in-app purchases.
